Fastrax To Appoint Headline I&C As Distributor And Sales Representative In South Korea
Helsinki, Finland – October 30, 2003 – Fastrax Ltd., a developer of OEM GPS receivers with industry-leading performance and feature set, today announced a new distribution and sales representation agreement with Headline Information & Communication Ltd., an original design manufacturer (ODM) of radio communication systems and a distributor of electronic components based in South Korea.
Headline I&C will represent Fastrax’s product family of iTrax02 and iTrax03 series 12-channel OEM GPS receivers in the South Korean market. Headline I&C offering includes a wide range of telecommunication and networking products and components, with an emphasis on Digital RF, GPS and safety warning systems. Headline I&C has a strong client base of industrial application and consumer product developers.
Fastrax iTrax02 and iTrax03 GPS receivers are the lowest power consuming 12-channel OEM GPS receivers on the market. The low power drain extends the operating time of battery-operated devices, a crucial factor in both business and recreational products. The receivers enable continuous tracking down to very low signal levels, with support for assisted GPS (A-GPS) for urban tracking. Designed for demanding conditions, Fastrax GPS technology offers industry-leading performance and reliability along with fast time to first fix (TTFF).
