Roaming Messenger(TM) Inc. (OTCBB:RMSG) today announced the filing of two additional patent applications as part of a continuing strategy to protect the intellectual property of the Company's unique technology for wireless mobile messaging.

The patents were drafted and submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office by McDermott, Will and Emery, a premier international law firm with a diversified business practice. Numbering more than 1000 lawyers, McDermott has offices in Boston, Brussels, Chicago, Dusseldorf, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Munich, New York, Orange County, Rome, San Diego, Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C.

The first patent is entitled "A Method of and System for Transmitting a Mobile Agent for Instruction Execution." The second patent is entitled "A Method of and Instruction Set for Executing Operations on a Device." All rights and interests of these patents are assigned to the Company. This brings the total to four (4) patent applications in the Company's patent portfolio covering the Roaming Messenger technology.

These new patent applications cover the business application space, technical architecture and detail implementations of the mobile data agent technology that is the core of the Company's breakthrough approach to mobile messaging.

"What we've done with the current product offering of roaming, interactive, alerts and messages, while innovative in its own right, is just the tip of the iceberg for applications of this core technology," said Jon Lei, the company's CEO. "As our channel partners deploy Roaming Messenger products in their client solutions, we expect to continue seeing an increase in the broader use of our core technology which will lead to increases in revenue per channel and per customer," concluded Mr. Lei.
