LocatePLUS Expands Wireless Content Solutions with New Channel Partner Core Technology
BEVERLY, Mass., Dec. 16 -- LocatePLUS Holdings
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: LPLHA, LPLHB, LPLHW), an industry-leading
provider of business-to-business and business-to-government investigative
solutions, announced today that it has entered into a reseller agreement with
Core Technology Corporation, a national provider of criminal justice software
solutions. Core Technology has teamed up with LocatePLUS to provide law
enforcement agencies access to LocatePLUS' premier investigative database via
Core Technology's Service Bureau. Core Technology's Service Bureau is a
subscription service for law enforcement agencies providing national access to
a variety of information sources, including Michigan's Law Enforcement
Information Network (LEIN) and Michigan's Secretary of State.
LocatePLUS CEO Jon Latorella stated, "By creating a channel partnership
with Core Technology, we have aligned with a longtime player in the
investigative law enforcement vertical. Through reselling our services through
Core Technology, we can extend our market share in the fast-growing wireless
domestic market, valued to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 30% to $6
billion. We expect this partnership will result in incremental sales beginning
in the first quarter of 2005."

The reseller agreement provides Core Technology's subscribers with
yearlong access to the LocatePLUS database for a flat monthly rate. Available
queries include person, property, vehicle and court action information. This
service will only be available to qualified law enforcement personnel.
LocatePLUS access will initially be available via PCs and wireless BlackBerry
devices, with future rollout on Pocket PC devices.
