Dwango Signs Exclusive Content from Top Hip-Hop Artists

DWANGO SIGNS EXCLUSIVE CONTENT FROM TOP HIP-HOP ARTISTS SEATTLE, WA (December 20, 2004) - Dwango Wireless (OTCBB:DWGN), a developer and publisher of entertainment content, applications and mobile lifestyle brands, announced today their release of exclusive audio voice tones from hip-hop artists Styles P and Sheek Louch, members of the LOX and D-Block. This exclusive content deal was done through digital record label, INgrooves.

Styles P and Sheek Louch first tasted fame as part of a trio for the LOX. After writing songs for Sean "Puffy" Comb's record label Bad Boy Entertainment, they received international notoriety and multi-platinum status for their tribute to Biggie Smalls, "We'll Always Love Big Poppa." The LOX followed this success with their own album, Money Power & Respect (1998), which yielded a hit single of the same name. Later, the trio left Bad Boy and joined Ruff Ryder Records, with whom they released a second album, We are the Streets (2000). Sheek's solo album Walk Witt Me (2003), distributed through Universal and D-Block, debuted in Billboard's Top Ten. Meanwhile, Styles solo debut, A Gangsta and a Gentleman (2002), produced the hit single "Good Times."

With lots of industry buzz around these talented hip-hop stars, the timing was perfect to introduce their audio tones for fans, which will be featured on carriers across North America. Audio tones range from "Where you at?! Pick up the phone baby" to "Its Shorty from the club, pick that up." The exclusive tones can be reviewed and purchased online under the "audio tones" section at www.rollingstone.com/ringtones.

"We are thrilled to work with artists seeking distribution and promotion in the mobile entertainment industry," said Alexander Conrad, President and COO of Dwango Wireless. "It's a great way to debut exclusive artist content to audiences across North America. We see this partnership as the first in our aggressive approach for bringing exclusive artist content to wireless customers."
