O2 UK implements ChangingWorlds ClixSmart Solution

ChangingWorlds has been selected by O2 UK for the implementation of its Device Management solution, ClixSmart Device Manager, to support the device recognition requirements of the O2 Active mobile portal and to optimise content presentation to any kind of mobile device. ClixSmart Device Manager ensures that the O2 Active mobile portal is displayed optimally on all mobile devices therefore making it possible for end users to take advantage of the latest advances in each handset.
ChangingWorlds was the successful company in a rigorous vendor selection process, having met O2 UK’s critical business, strategic and implementation needs for Device Management. The deployment with O2 UK follows on from an earlier deployment of ClixSmart Intelligent Navigation and Device Management with O2 Germany.
ChangingWorlds Device Manager underpins O2 Active, the colour icon menu that offers O2 customers a simple means to access a wide range of colour mobile data and multimedia services including ringtones, multimedia messaging, games, information, alerts and pictures.
ClixSmart Device Manager is a comprehensive set of device management tools to overcome these challenges and provide efficient and effective delivery of mobile content and services to all kinds of mobile devices. The solution optimises the presentation of mobile content on any mobile device and can also enhance the user experience.
O2 UK is also benefiting from ClixSmart Menu Manager, an advanced colour mobile portal management tool. ClixSmart Menu Manager provides sophisticated Colour Portal Management functionality that enables O2 UK to rapidly develop, update and publish the O2 Active mobile portal to multiple devices with minimum effort.
