IN-FUSIO Launches "Shado Fighter" for All Major U.S. Mobile Carriers
LOS ANGELES--July 29, 2004--IN-FUSIO, the leading global game publisher and game services provider for mobile phones, today announced the launch of the critically-acclaimed mobile game, "Shado Fighter." Hailed by Wireless Gaming Review as "a great game" and the recipient of both IGN.com and GameSpy.com's "Editor's Choice" award, the title is now available to download via all major mobile carriers in the U.S.
Bringing brawler action to the phone, "Shado Fighter" lets gamers choose from nine characters, each with their own unique fighting style, as they make their way through a tournament of skilled warriors. In addition to up to 12 special moves, each fighter also has their own home level, providing for nine different, colorful and detailed stages. Reminiscent of popular, classic fighting games, players can select between four different difficulty and game speed levels to find a setting that best fits their skills.
"Shado Fighter" features four game play modes:
Training Mode: Players can learn and practice all of their fighter's moves -- including special attacks -- before they go into battle.
Story Mode: Gamers brawl their way through the ranks until they reach big Boss Shado. Along the way, each stage consists of three rounds, with the winner having to take the best two out of three.
Survival Mode: Gamers must beat opponents without losing a single round and with up to 128 fights in all, Survival Mode offers even the most skilled player hours of game time.
Time Attack: Players have to defeat eight fighters in record time, taking on enemies as well as the clock.
"'Shado Fighter' represents the quality of games that IN-FUSIO delivers and we are thrilled with both the response from the players and the game reviews to date," said Julian Corbett, vice president, business development and licensing, IN-FUSIO.
