Sprint Customers Can Enjoy Their Favorite HBO(R) Show and Characters Through New Ringer
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Oct. 20 Millions of fans of HBO's
award-winning series SEX AND THE CITY(R) have faithfully followed six seasons
of the trials and tribulations of single women in New York City. Now fans can
have fun with the SEX AND THE CITY themed Music Tone and screen savers of
Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha (and the leading men in their lives)
every time they answer their phone on the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS
Network. Sprint (NYSE: FON) and HBO announce a partnership to bring a ringer
and screen savers from the critically acclaimed series to Sprint PCS Vision
customers nationwide, providing fans with a new way to continue bonding with
their favorite ladies.

customers so they can continue customizing their wireless phones to reflect

with a huge fan base that can now enjoy a ringer and screen savers from their
favorite show every day."
The premium downloadable content from SEX AND THE CITY now is available on
select Java-enabled Sprint PCS Vision Phones and includes:
SEX AND THE CITY branded portal on the Sprint PCS Vision platform
Ringer: Music Tone, actual song clip of SEX AND THE CITY theme song
($2.50 per ringer)
Static and animated screen savers: SEX AND THE CITY logo and images of
the cast ($1.50-$2.00 per screen saver) including Carrie, Charlotte,
Miranda and Samantha, plus Mr. Big, Smith, Aidan, Steve and Harry.

SEX AND THE CITY was created by Darren Star; executive produced by Michael
Patrick King, John Melfi, Cindy Chupack, Jenny Bicks and Sarah Jessica Parker;
and based on the book by Candace Bushnell. A candid, comic view of sex and
relationships, SEX AND THE CITY stars include Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie
Bradshaw, Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones, Kristin Davis as Charlotte York,
Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbs, Chris Noth as Carrie's ongoing love interest
Mr. Big, John Corbett as Carrie's ex-boyfriend Aidan Shaw, David Eigenberg as
Miranda's husband Steve Brady, Evan Handler as Charlotte's husband Harry
Goldenblatt and Jason Lewis as Samantha's love interest Smith Jerrod. Images
of all these characters are featured in the new screen savers.
Sprint recently announced 5 million Sprint PCS Vision customers through
the end of second quarter, leading the industry in the use of advanced data
services. Sprint PCS Vision includes services that allow customers to take
and receive pictures; browse the Internet at speeds faster than most dial-up
connections; check personal and corporate email; watch clips and stream audio
for news and music; and download Music Tones, polyphonic, animated and voice
ringers, and full-color, graphically rich games and screen savers, all on the
enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network. Customers who select the Sprint PCS
Vision Premium Pack for $15 per month get up to a $10 credit each month toward
the download of premium services, including games, ringers, screen savers and
other services.
