San Diego, CA - Inetcam, Inc., a leading developer of wireless and IP video monitoring and security solutions, today announced the availability of its innovative iMViewer™ for J2ME-enabled mobile handsets.

iMViewer™ empowers users of J2ME and BREW enabled handsets to remotely monitor their business or home from their mobile handset. Through the use of Inetcam’s patent pending technology, iMViewer™ ensures faster response time to real-time security events such as vandalism or theft. When combined with systems powered by iVISTA™, Inetcam’s award –winning software, users can:

· Remotely control Pan/Tilt/Zoom and Preset capable cameras

· View up to 10 frames/second for live monitoring on handsets

· Create motion detection or time-lapse profiles for recording

· Receive alarm notification to the handset

· Use with IP and/or traditional security cameras

· Access multiple servers, cameras, and video feeds

“This is another step in our mission to allow our customers to access any video, anytime and anywhere,” said Al Cavagnero, CEO of Inetcam, Inc. “Cell phones are ubiquitous today, and our customers can now utilize them as security and monitoring devices to complement their IP-based system.”

Inetcam recently began accepting orders for iMViewer. “The initial response from our customers has been extremely positive”, said Cavagnero. “It is exciting that mobile capabilities are starting to change how people view their security and monitoring systems”.
