WirelessDevNet.com Press Release

M7 Networks Partnership

La Jolla, Calif. and Seattle, Wash. – Sept. 9, 2004 —M7 Networks Inc. a leading trusted partner and enabler of advanced wireless services, announced today that it has partnered with Dwango® (OTCBB:DWGN), a leading developer and distributor of entertainment content and applications for mobile phones.

M7 Networks is working with Dwango to deliver first-of-its-kind SMS wake-up functionality for Dwango’s industry leading games, including the recently launched ESPN Bassmaster game “Legendary Lunkers.” The wake-up feature is an innovative and fun way to interact with the game. Players cast their line for fish and close the application, which then wakes-up later to alert the player that they have a bite.

Powered by M7 Networks on Verizon Wireless, the enhanced service allows developers and content owners like Dwango to utilize text messages (SMS) for enhanced functionality in games, information services, and productivity applications. Dwango’s ESPN Bassmaster mobile game “Legendary Lunkers” features the “Cast ‘n Wait” system, which emulates real fishing by surprising the player with a call back when a fish is biting.

“We are very excited to partner with Dwango to bring wake-up functionality to their great suite of content,” said William Erickson, CEO of M7 Networks. “The Cast ‘n Wait feature is extremely fun and allows the user to fish for trophy bass while walking down the street or even during a meeting. Anglers are sure to be ‘hooked’ by wake-up functionality. This partnership underscores our commitment to working with best in class content partners to enhance the user experience as interest in interactive mobile gaming among wireless subscribers continues to increase.”

“Network Interactivity is the future of mobile gaming,” said Alexander Conrad, president & COO of Dwango. “Dwango is looking forward to working with M7 Networks to set the standard for the mobile gaming experience in the U.S.”
