Vipera Offers Telco-Independent Alternative to SMS and MMS
April 6, 2005 -- Vipera announces the immediate availability of an alternative to the telco-controlled SMS and MMS services. Using Internet technology and standards, Vipera has deployed an independent mobile data network.
