Sennari Entertainment Rewarded With Hiring of New Chief Financial Officer Mike Loo
(Los Angeles/London) – Sennari Entertainment, the industry’s first mobile loyalty and CRM platform, announced today it has appointed Mike Loo as Chief Financial Officer. Loo brings over 25 years of financial experience to the position, with significant hands on operational experience in large and small start-up enterprises.
In making the appointment, Sennari CEO, Bill Barhydt, said “We are fortunate to have Mike so well prepared to step in as CFO. His strong background in finance, coupled with his extensive operational experience in high-growth application/software services will allow us to continue to strengthen and expand our global business.”
Before this appointment, Loo made significant contributions to the success of several high growth companies including Oracle, Sybase and Vantive Corporation/Peoplesoft. As the Chief Accounting Officer and VP of Finance at Vantive Corporation/Peoplesoft, he developed the necessary infrastructure to support all areas of financial planning, accounting, SEC reporting, treasury, risk management, sales operations, and compensation. Before Vantive, Loo was the Controller of Worldwide Field Operations for Sybase.
As CFO, Loo will oversee Sennari’s financial management, including strategic planning and sales performance.
