Classic Comedy Team Unleashes Mayhem, Mirth and Merriment

SAN MATEO, Calif., June 22, 2005 -- Kayak Interactive, a leading global mobile entertainment publisher, today announced that it has signed a deal with C3 Entertainment, Inc. to bring The Three Stooges® and their brand of knuckleheaded antics to mobile phones in North America, Europe and Asia.

The Three Stooges have been serving up laughter to millions of people around the world with their slapstick routines since 1930. From NBC’s tribute to the comic trio celebrating their 75th anniversary to Spike TV recently announcing a Three Stooges daily series and the celebrated team of Peter and Bobby Farrelly working on an all new Three Stooges motion picture, their popularity continues to soar.

“This comedy team has entertained people for more than 75 years and we’re excited to bring the legendary threesome to mobile phones for a new generation to enjoy,” said Kayak Interactive President and CEO Keith McCurdy. “Our creative use of the license combined with a very strong distribution channel promises to have Larry, Moe and Curly reunited with both long-time and new fans as early as next month.”

The game, called The Three Stooges: Making Dough, will allow players to control Larry, Moe and Curly as they try to retire from their mundane jobs so they can live like kings. Players will earn cash by working odd jobs found in the Want Ads. Each unusual job is a mini-game on its own challenging players to keep the unpredictable threesome in line. Adding to the crazy experience will be authentic Three Stooges voices, sound effects and slapstick maneuvers such as head bonking and slapping. Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk!

“The Three Stooges® have incredible global recognition and we’re excited to reach out to a new audience,” said Earl Benjamin, President of C3 Entertainment. “We are highly selective regarding who we’ll work with to extend The Three Stooges brand. In evaluating how best to bring the property to a new medium, mobile phones, we believed Kayak Interactive would be a strong partner in terms of creativity, distribution and marketing.”
