Crisp Wireless to Develop America Online, Inc.'s Mobile Moviefone® and AOL® Cityguide Services


New York, NY (March 14, 2005) - Crisp Wireless, a leading provider of mobile applications and content management solutions for media and entertainment companies, today announced that it will provide America Online, Inc., with a proven technology platform for developing mobile versions of the Moviefone® and AOL® CityGuide services.

The new mobile Moviefone application, to be built by Crisp Wireless, will allow mobile movie-goers access to Moviefone’s robust selection of location-based and entertainment-oriented content. Users will be able to check showtimes for more than 31,000 cinema screens, read movie reviews from leading national critics and access information on 25,000-plus films, making movie selection easier than ever.

The new AOL CityGuide application for wireless devices being developed by Crisp Wireless will enable users to search and browse dining, local events and nightlife information for 317 markets from the leading online source for local entertainment information. And, for the first time, mobile CityGuide users will be able to log in to vote in the annual City's Best survey, featuring 11,000 nominated restaurants and clubs, on-the-spot through their wireless phones.

Crisp Wireless will bring the Moviefone and AOL CityGuide services to life on mobile devices using the innovative mLogic Media 3G product. This new client server solution from Crisp Wireless offers a scalable and flexible architecture that is designed to support an array of mobile commerce, subscription and billing, content management, image & video, user management, tracking & reporting, and delivery capabilities.
