QUALCOMM and Centennial Announce Plans to Bring BREW(R)-based Services to Wireless Subscribers in PR

QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), pioneer and world leader of Code
Division Multiple Access (CDMA) digital wireless technology, today announced
that it has signed a definitive agreement with Centennial, a leading provider
of wireless services in Puerto Rico to offer downloadable wireless
applications and services based on QUALCOMM's BREW solution. The rollout of
BREW-based services will enable Centennial subscribers to shop for and
download a variety of wireless applications -- from games, video and
ringtones, to information, communication, business and productivity tools --
directly on their BREW handsets.
