TelePlus Expands its Distribution of VoIP Products
MONTREAL, May 3, 2005 - TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:TLPE.OB) (http://www.teleplus.ca), a vertically integrated provider of wireless and landline communications products and services across North America, today announced that its subsidiary TelePlus Retail Services, Inc. (“TelePlus Retail'') is expanding its distribution of VoIP products to more stores. In a news release dated November 5th, 2004, TelePlus announced an agreement to distribute in select locations the TeliPhone(tm) products. Following a successful introduction in select locations, TelePlus will expand distribution of the TeliPhone(tm) products to additional stores and kiosks currently supported by the TeliPhone(tm) geographic coverage area.
With the decision of expanding distribution of the TeliPhone(tm) products, TelePlus Retail will also introduce additional, alternate VoIP products in select locations as it continues to offer Canadian consumers a range of current and emerging communication technology offerings.
