E Mobile Announces Acquisition of 3g365.com and Patent Approval of Its RFTune Technology
PLANO, Texas, Sept. 7 -- E Mobile Information
Technologies (OTC Pink Sheets: EMTK) has announced its acquisition of
3g365.com, a leading Chinese website, which enables smart phone users to
access technical and non-technical information. Presently 3g365 serves 70,000
subscribers through postings of 359,392 articles on 32,478 different subjects.
Dr. Hu, founder of E Mobile, addressed the significance of the acquisition
stating:
"The acquisition provides us with the opportunity to increase
substantially MBST services as we link the members of our two communities
together.
"On a daily basis each company has experienced 300 to 500 new members, the
number of subscribers are expected to increase exponentially."
Dr. Hu is also pleased to announce the approval by the US Patent Office of
the technology of EMTK's RFTune subsidiary.
