iFone Launches Atari Legends 3 - Three Classic Atari Titles in One Download
Manchester, 20th September 2005 – iFone, the leading wireless entertainment publisher, today announced that it is launching the third of its popular Atari Legends game packs. Atari Legends are a series of classic games titles from Atari, offered in one single download 3-in-1 game pack. Atari Legends 3 will include the titles Pong, Asteroids Deluxe and Super Breakout. The pack is scheduled to be launched across all European operators in September 2005.
Pong the timeless and addictive classic table tennis game this year celebrates its 30th birthday. The mobile adaptation of this simple game allows the gamer to control a paddle and use their skill to rebound the ball back to their opponent.
Asteroids Deluxe, the original sequel to the infamous Atari classic Asteroids, allows you to blast and destroy asteroids whilst being chased and attacked by UFO’s and killer satellites. You have to be quick though as timing is key to winning the game.
Super Breakout gives you all the addictive block-breaking action of the original Atari classic, use your paddle to deflect the ball against the bricks. Once all the bricks are cleared, you will progress to the next level. Super Breakout offers three new compelling games modes and includes the original retro graphics as in the original console version.
