SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT Teams With Rocket Mobile for Next Release of Ringtone Application
LOS GATOS, Calif., Sept. 26 -- Rocket Mobile(R), a leading
provider of mobile phone software, today announced that it has licensed the
RocketBrowser client platform to SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT to power the
next release of the SONY BMG Music Box ringtone application service.
The award winning Music Box application from SONY BMG is one of the best
selling ringtone applications built using QUALCOMM's BREW solution. Published
by SONY BMG Global Digital Business, the Music Box application provides users
with the ability to browse and download music tones and wallpaper content for
mobile phone personalization.
