Vodafone Italy Launches Vodafone Navigator from Webraska on BlackBerry
Paris, France - August 28, 2006
Webraska, a leading provider of mobile GPS navigation solutions and high-end geospatial software platforms for wireless carriers and major service providers worldwide, is pleased to announce that Vodafone Navigator is available from June 2006 on BlackBerry 8700v and 7130v devices as part of Vodafone Italy's Prodigio packaged offer for business users.
Vodafone's Prodigio is a packaged offer dedicated to Professionals that includes both hardware and services. Services include Pocket Office, Vodafone Italy's real time email and contact management service, as well as Vodafone Navigator, Vodafone Italy's GPS navigation service powered by Webraska Navigation. Since June and until September 9, customers benefit from 12 months access to Vodafone Navigator free of charge.
Current Prodigio packs include a BlackBerry 8700v, a BlackBerry 7130v, a Nokia E60 or a Nokia N70 device. These are available starting from 30 € per month. Prodigio packs will be declined in due course on additional smartphones.
