Envox Worldwide Partners With VSI To Deliver Next-Generation Voice Solutions
WESTBOROUGH, MA (DECEMBER 6, 2006) – Envox Worldwide, a leading global provider of voice solutions, today announced that it has added VSI LLC, a technical consulting firm specializing in the integration of self-service solutions, as a development partner. The two companies will be working together to upgrade organizations from their legacy interactive voice response (IVR) systems to next-generation, Envox-based voice solutions that will deliver superior automation rates and improved customer experiences at 50% of the cost.

Under this agreement, VSI will provide both custom and packaged voice solutions that have been developed and deployed on Envox 6, Envox Worldwide’s open, standards-based communications development platform. It allows customers to leverage prior investments in hardware, software, and solution development, while providing a smooth migration path to new standards and emerging technologies.
