Envox Worldwide Opens Regional Headquarters in Singapore, Expanding Presence in Asia Pacific
WESTBOROUGH, MA (January 10, 2006) — Envox Worldwide, a leading global provider of voice solutions, today announced that it has expanded its presence in Asia Pacific with the opening of a regional office in Singapore. The new location will serve as the headquarters for the Company’s APAC operation, and provide a base for all sales, marketing, technical support, and customer education & training activities in the region. The site manager for the new office is Peter Ho, director of sales for Envox APAC, who joined Envox Worldwide in November 2005 from Intervoice Inc.
Envox APAC, a subsidiary of Envox Worldwide, is led by general manager Daniel LeCour, who will be in Singapore to open the new facility. All of the Singapore-based staff members are industry veterans who are working closely with Mr. LeCour to develop Envox’s strategic direction in the region, as well as implement all market, customer and partner development plans. In addition to Mr. Ho, the staff members include Jimmy Tan, who will develop and implement Envox’s customer service and technical support strategy in South Asia and the Pacific, and Chee Keong (“CK”) Koh, who will develop and implement the Company’s customer service and technical support strategy in North Asia and Japan. In addition to these responsibilities, both Mr. Tan and Mr. Koh will support the efforts of Mr. Ho by providing pre- and post-sales support to APAC customers. All of the Singapore-based staff will be focused on assisting Envox APAC’s network of channel partners in their efforts to sell and support the complete portfolio of Envox products.

Envox Worldwide’s corporate headquarters is located in the United States in Westborough, Mass., and the Company also has a west coast office in Sausalito, Calif. The Company’s EMEA headquarters is located just outside of London in the United Kingdom, and the Nordic sales and support office is in Stockholm, Sweden. Envox Lab, the Company’s research and development organization, is located in Zagreb, Croatia.
