Nellymoser Names Mobile Entertainment and Music Expert Ralph Simon to Board of Directors

Boston — June 13, 2006 — Nellymoser, providing the leading next-generation mobile media platform for creating, controlling and connecting rich media to consumers via mobile devices, proudly announces that Ralph Simon, mobile entertainment innovator and music industry veteran, has joined its board of directors.

Simon’s expertise in the growth of mobile revenues and expansion of market share in the mobile content and entertainment sectors strengthens Nellymoser’s board and operations. His familiarity with content issues, mobile copyright usage, and emerging international trends offers Nellymoser a valuable resource as content providers recognize the impact of the mobile channel.

“Ralph’s vision, extensive knowledge and strong grasp of the industry are a perfect fit for Nellymoser as we expand our next-generation mobile media platform,” said John Puterbaugh, CEO, Nellymoser. “His membership on our board further validates Nellymoser’s role in enabling the rapid adoption of mobile media services as branding, monetization and promotional vehicles for media companies and the network operators.”

An acknowledged thought leader in the modern mobile entertainment and music business, Simon has extensive experience in the U.S. and European mobile markets and is the Chairman Emeritus and founder of the Mobile Entertainment Forum Americas, the key international trade association responsible for the development and expansion of mobile entertainment. In 1998, he co-founded the first ringtone company in the U.S., Canada and U.K., known then as Yourmobile/Moviso, now Infospace Mobile, the current U.S. market leader in mobile aggregation. Simon organized the comprehensive world-wide mobile layer for the July 2005 Live 8 concerts that helped G8 government leaders commit $50 billion to reduce global poverty.

Prior to this, Simon co-founded the successful Zomba Group and Jive Records, and was also instrumental in developing Capitol Records/EMI’s new media business in the 1990s. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the U.K. and member of the National Academy of Recorded Arts and Sciences in the U.S.
