VoiceGenie(R) Named North American Voice Portal Market Leader
ORLANDO, Fla. -- VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., the proven performance leader in standards-based IVR software platforms powering customer contact solutions, today announced that VoiceGenie has been named as the top vendor in North American voice portal shipments for 2004, in the recently released Gartner Dataquest 'Market Share: Voice Response Systems, Worldwide 2004' report, authored by Steve Cramoysan and Drew Kraus. The report also noted that North America is the largest market in the world for voice portal shipments and deployments.
VoiceGenie was also cited as commanding the second-highest market share in worldwide voice portal shipments in what is an intensely competitive and fragmented market.

This is an especially significant accomplishment in view of the fact that VoiceGenie 7 requires fewer ports to deliver the same call capacity as our competitors. The release of the market leadership findings follows the selection of VoiceGenie 7 by the Board of the Applied Voice Input/Output Society (AVIOS) for the "Best Speech Application Delivering Platform" award at SpeechTEK West in January, 2006 and the firm's best-year ever in 2005, which witnessed dramatically increased revenues, software licenses, profitability and the addition of more than 80 new customers.
