Kingston Communications to Offer PageOne's Connect Desktop Business Texting Solution
London 17th May 2006 - Advanced web-based desktop SMS text messaging is to be made available to business customers of Kingston Communications, thanks to a partnership announced today with PageOne. PageOne's industry leading Connect product will be re-branded and integrated by Kingston Communications to allow its customers to send and receive text messages to clients and colleagues directly from their Kingston Communications account.
PageOne's Connect is a desktop, web-based SMS messaging system capable of connecting with all paging, mobile and e-mail networks. It enables users to send text messages straight from their computers through familiar programmes such as Microsoft's Outlook or Excel. As well as being able to send individual text messages, broadcast groups can be set up using Excel databases. Each message can be tracked with status and delivery information from the mobile phone networks.
