Envox Phonelink Now Available On Salesforce.com’s Appexchange
WESTBOROUGH, MA & SAN FRANCISCO, CA – salesforce.com Dreamforce conference - October 9, 2006 – Envox Worldwide, a leading global provider of voice solutions, and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today at Dreamforce ’06 announced the availability of Envox PhoneLink for salesforce.com. The Envox PhoneLink application, in combination with Envox CT Connect, provides a comprehensive CTI solution that will enable customers to add screen pop and click-to-dial capabilities to contact centers in organizations using Salesforce. Envox PhoneLink is immediately available for test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce ’06, salesforce.com’s User and Developer Conference.
"More and more organizations are investing in CTI to enhance information-driven processes in contact centers," according to Daniel Hong, lead analyst, Voice Business and Contact Center at Datamonitor. "By adding CTI, they are able to improve customer satisfaction, increase first call-resolution rates, shorten call lengths and decrease per-call costs, all of which enable them to differentiate themselves in today's competitive environment.”
The Envox PhoneLink for AppExchange enables salesforce.com customers to integrate the capabilities of Envox CT Connect, the world’s leading CTI software, into their contact centers. Envox CT Connect is the most robust and reliable CTI solution on the market providing support for all of the leading PBX, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and IP communication environments. In addition, Envox CT Connect is based on industry standards, such as SIP and CSTA, which enable application developers and systems integrators to add CTI capabilities to voice self-service, contact center and unified communications solutions at dramatically lower costs than ever before.
The Envox PhoneLink application, combined with Envox CT Connect, provides the following capabilities to Salesforce-based contact centers:
Screen pop – delivers call details and/or a customer’s history to the agent along with the call so that the agent can personalize the customer interaction and resolve the issue more quickly
Click-to-talk – reduces wasted time and errors by calling customers directly from within Salesforce
“It’s never been easier to integrate sophisticated CTI capabilities into your contact center,” said Mark D. Flanagan, president and CEO of Envox Worldwide. “The Envox PhoneLink application enables customers to tightly integrate Envox CT Connect into Salesforce, so that any organization, regardless of size, can leverage their customer data to personalize interactions and reduce call time, while improving overall customer satisfaction.”
Envox PhoneLink for AppExchange is one of more than 375 applications now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the world’s first on-demand directory and sharing service, found at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange.
