LOC-AID Welcomes Industry Veteran Jeff Glass to Board of Directors
BOCA RATON, FL, October 26, 2006 - LOC-AID Technologies Inc., a leader in location-based services (LBS) and innovator of end-to-end location aggregation, today announces that Jeffrey Glass, former Chief Executive Officer of m-Qube, has joined the LOC-AID Technologies Board of Directors.

Jeffrey Glass served as President and CEO of m-Qube which was recently been acquired by Verisign. Jeff’s background combines a blend of media, marketing and technology expertise. Prior to joining m-Qube, Jeffrey was the founder and president of Transactive Solutions, a venture capital backed database marketing and content personalization company that was sold to Bookspan, a joint venture of Bertelsmann Inc. and AOL/Time Warner. Before that he served as Chief Operating Officer of a direct marketing and sales subsidiary of Travelers/ Citigroup where he helped grow the company significantly before its sale to GE Capital. In addition to two other small but successful entrepreneurial businesses, he spent several years at the Boston Consulting Group where he focused in the multimedia and convergence practice areas. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Amherst College.
