iLoop Mobile Acquires Danish Companies InAphone A/S and SSG ApS
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA and COPENHAGEN, DENMARK - iLoop Mobile a leader in mobile applications software, has acquired two leading companies in the mobile world.
InAphone A/S, a leader in applications to store and deliver mobile content, and SSG ApS a leader in developing and publishing mobile content, today announced the completed transaction of iLoop Mobile acquiring the two companies. This acquisition extends iLoop Mobile's product solution to interactive mobile programs used by marketing agencies, major brands and enterprise customers worldwide.
The acquisition by iLoop Mobile complements the recently strategic partnership between the three companies.
InAphone powers many European customers, using tghre former InAphone content delivery platforms and games including: Nordea, Sony BMG Europe, EMI, and Telia Sonera.
SSG develops and published mobile content such as ILI, Tutenstein, IFSA Strong Men and many more. In addition to key customers, the acquisition will enable iLoop Mobile direct gateway connections to many European wireless carriers and aggregators like Telia, BT, TDC, Aspiro, Unwire, Sonofon, and Vodafone.
