Premiere Global Services Enhances On-Demand Platform with Leading Text-to-Speech Technology

(NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand business process improvement solutions, today announced it has upgraded the text-to-speech (TTS) technology included in its on-demand Notifications & Reminders Solutions to the most current version of Nuance RealSpeak® from Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN), a leading provider of speech and imaging solutions. The TTS software converts text into clear human-sounding speech in more than 26 languages and 40 voices in a variety of different accents and speaking styles, and is expected to result in more succinct delivery of critical business communications, such as collections calls, renewal notices, travel alerts and service call reminders.

Premiere Global’s Notifications & Reminders Solutions empower organizations to reach their constituents in a timely, cost-effective manner, via automated voice, email, fax and SMS. Users are able to easily create broadcast messages for distribution to large numbers of recipients, with the ability to customize distribution based on recipient preferences, leading to improved productivity and enhanced customer satisfaction.
