Jacksonville, Florida February 2, 2007- Cingular business customers can build and deploy their own data collection forms using Cingulars Windows Mobile 5.0 devices. The Cingular-certified software, created by GeoAge Inc., eliminates the need for paper forms and dramatically improves the quality and accuracy of data collected in the field.
The Field Adapted Survey Toolkit (FAST) software allows users to customize data collection forms to their specific needs. Employing "drag and drop" tools, customers build their own forms, which can be used to collect data with a minimum of typing. Information can then be shared among mobile devices in a way that ensures consistent and legible data entry and eliminates errors associated with re-keying.
