Wireless Matrix Implements 360 Degrees Mobile Resource Management Solution With Mid-Atlantic Utility
RESTON, VIRGINIA -- Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX: WRX), a leading provider of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) solutions, today announced that an existing Mid-Atlantic utility customer will deploy its web-based FleetOutlook solution throughout their Gas services fleet. The real-time GPS and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) functions of the solution enable the utility customer to identify the location and operation of their vehicle fleets.
Wireless Matrix has received an initial order for 60 installations, and anticipates additional orders against the agreement for implementation throughout the utility's 400 vehicle Gas fleet. Fleet-wide deployment is expected by year-end.
