MindSites Group Acquires GeoCommunity and WirelessDevNet Websites
Niceville, FL – June 11, 2007 – MindSites Group, LLC (MindSites), a privately-held Florida Company, today announced it has purchased the assets of two online communities, the GeoCommunity™ and the Wireless Developer Network™, from Qlinks America, Inc. (Qlinks), a Colorado Corporation.
Jaime Bozza, Managing Member of MindSites, announced that "this purchase of the GeoCommunity™ and the Wireless Developer Network™ will serve as a basis for our web-portal services. The two acquired web-portals are the introduction of MindSites’ online community growth strategy over the next several years.”
T.C. Herman, Managing Editor of MindSites and founder of the GeoCommunity nearly ten years ago said, “I am excited to continue to be involved in the management of these two online communities and look forward to the future commitment of MindSites to grow these successful online properties.”
MindSites will continue operations of these online communities out of offices in Niceville, FL. “We are pleased about bringing ownership of these two online communities back in-house”, said Jaime Bozza. “We are fully committed to ensuring no disruption in service to our loyal members, clients, and visitors of each online community. Our objectives are to grow and enhance these two online communities with new and expanded content, features, and services that will further improve the value components for our clients and users.”
