Legend Mobile Debuts New SMS Initiatives


NEW YORK, NY-- Legend Mobile Inc. (OTCBB: LGMB) today announced new SMS initiatives for specific vertical markets. The company unveiled four SMS services called Racefone.com, Hollywoodfone.com, Mmasms.com, and Poker2Cell.com.

Each service now offers a free SMS phone application. The company expects to build out premium SMS services over time as each market develops. The initial services will be advertiser supported with a target of paid services to subscribers.

Racefone.com is specifically targeted at fans of motor sports including NASCAR, F1, and other forms of motor racing.

Hollywoodfone.com is targeted at gossip lovers around the world. Visitors can use the free service to send gossip, rumors, and proven news to their friends and family.

Poker2cell.com's audience is the millions of card playing enthusiasts in the United States.

Finally, MMAsms.com is developing a mobile community for fans of the growing sport of mixed martial arts.

Recent reports indicate that SMS traffic continues to boom worldwide and the US market has grown much faster than expected. The SMS market continues to be fueled by new subscribers. The worldwide population is expected to rise to 7 billion by 2012, and predictions are mobile subscribers will also increase to 4.81 billion. Worldwide SMS revenues are expected to grow to $67 Billion by 2012.

Legend Mobile intends to develop advertising and mobile marketing opportunities for companies interested in reaching specific audiences.
