Envivio Introduces Entry Level, Multichannel Mobile TV Encoder for 3G Network Operators

The quad-channel 4Caster™ M4 mobile TV encoder supports multiple bit rates, resolutions and standards within a space saving one rack unit (RU). Capable of encoding in both H.263 and H.264, and compliant with international mobile video standards including 3GPP and 3GPP2, the telco-grade M4 allows operators to optimally distribute high quality audio and video to mobile phone and mobile television subscribers.
