Nellymoser Expands Senior Management Team


BOSTON — May 4, 2007 — Nellymoser, the leading mobile media and service delivery platform provider, today announced the appointment of two members to the executive team: John DiBartolomeo, CFO and Rich Jackson, vice president of solutions. Both executives will be based in the company’s Arlington, Mass., headquarters.

As our CFO, John’s knowledge of operations will be crucial to our expansion and Rich’s expertise will help us meet the ever increasing demand for our managed services,” said Susanne Bowen, CEO of Nellymoser. “Their abilities complement our team as we expand into new markets and continue to develop and implement the leading mobile media and service delivery platform for carriers and media companies.”

To his position as CFO, John DiBartolomeo brings a strong background in financial and company operations. He will be responsible for the financial, legal, office administration and HR aspects at Nellymoser. DiBartolomeo’s background includes global expertise in start up and transition organizations, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, as well as sales and business development. Most recently, he was CFO for Softricity, Inc., a $24m privately held software company in Boston where he successfully established and executed on aggressive strategic and operational initiatives, assessed an IPO opportunity, and raised additional capital. John holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College.

As vice president of solutions, Rich Jackson will be responsible for the company's solutions definition, IT, operations and project management organization. He brings over 25 years of experience building and leading professional services and operations teams. Most recently, Jackson was responsible for the customized development and QA Teams for Kenexa's Global Development Center. While there he was instrumental in defining and implementing key operational processes and initiatives across Kenexa. Prior to Kenexa, he was responsible for building and managing scalable professional services organizations implementing managed services for some of the world's largest companies.
