NextWave Wireless to Keynote at WCA 2008
Executives from NextWave Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: WAVE), a global provider of mobile multimedia and wireless broadband technologies, will present at the upcoming Wireless Communications Association International's WCA 2008 event. Delivering a keynote address and two additional presentations, NextWave presenters will address key issues and best practices that
enable the delivery of true mobile multimedia and next-generation mobile broadband public safety infrastructure.
NextWave's Jim Madsen, EVP & Chief Business Development Officer, will deliver a keynote presentation - "NextWave's 4G Ecosystem of Semiconductor Partners" on Monday, April 21, from 2:30 - 3:15. This keynote will highlight how NextWave has strategically built a diverse partner ecosystem to drive WiMAX market innovation. Through close collaboration on the development of a handset reference design, NextWave and its partners are enabling the creation of innovative products; ensuring device manufacturers have ready-access to proven technologies that seamlessly integrate with NextWave's 4G, "No Compromise" chipsets. This approach accelerates time-to-market and enables richer, more innovative products to proliferate.
