AT4 Wireless’ Bluetooth® Tester BITE T1212 gets V2.1+EDR Official Validation
Malaga, Spain - August 1, 2008 - AT4 wireless’ BITE Protocol tester T1212 has recently obtained the official validation from the Bluetooth SIG for the new Bluetooth® 2.1+EDR specification. Therefore the BITE solution becomes the only validated test tool today for this new specification, confirming AT4 wireless as the market leader for Bluetooth test solutions.
Secure Simple Pairing, Extended Inquiry Response or Erroneous Data Reporting are among others the new features enhancements available in this new Core Specification, and now that a validated Test System is commercially available, the Conformance Test Cases for these new features has been passed to Category A and Bluetooth devices manufacturers are able to qualify their products against the latest Bluetooth Core Specifications at any of the Bluetooth SIG recognized Test Laboratories.
