Washington - Though IceWarp Server version 9.3 is being met with accolades, version 10, due in October, promises an even stronger response. By building Exchange ActiveSync into version 10 and offering over-the-air synchronization, IceWarp continues its campaign of connecting business professionals to their important data.
To be unveiled at the Advanced Messaging & Information Technology Conference '08 this October 1-3, IceWarp Server version 10 will offer the next step in superior mobility. IceWarp Server has always been more than a messaging suite; it is a comprehensive mobility solution, providing reliable anywhere-anytime access to email via IceWarp WebMail, full integration with IceWarp GroupWare, and now, over-the-air synchronization via Exchange ActiveSync.
Integration of Exchange ActiveSync enables greater management of email, contacts, tasks, calendars and global address lists. Now users can sync that information over-the-air from the server to their iPhone or Windows Mobile 5 & 6 devices. New contacts that are entered into IceWarp WebMail or Microsoft Outlook are automatically synced back to the central server and made available to the handheld device.
