iseemedia.com Acquires SMS Software
TORONTO, Jan. 11 - iseemedia Inc. (TSX-V:IEE) announced today that
it has acquired software, including source code and related documentation for
integration into its wireless portal. The acquired software provides the
capability to automatically send information to mobile phones using short code
SMS (Short Message Service). The implementation requires a phased approach and
is expected to be completed with the next 90 days. The Company will issue
100,000 shares from treasury as consideration for this software, in 3 tranches
related to the completion of integration milestones set forth in the purchase
agreement. The Company intends to integrate this source code into its wireless
platform and accelerate the implementation of other strategic plans over the
coming year. This transaction is subject to TSX approval.
