Anvita Health Unveils Anvita Mobile Viewer For Google Health
Palm Springs, CA - Personal health records (PHRs) on Google™ Health are going mobile with today’s introduction of the Anvita™ Mobile Viewer for Google Health.
The Anvita Mobile Viewer, from Anvita Health, allows users of Google Health to bring their PHRs directly to the point of care, supplying a more comprehensive data set for physicians, pharmacists and other providers to employ in improving individual health care.
The Anvita Mobile Viewer is a free, downloadable application built for the Android™ platform. It will be demonstrated publicly for the first time today during a presentation hosted by Sameer Samat, director of Product Development for Google Health at the TEPR or Toward Electronic Patient Record conference held here this week.
Another Step in the Anvita Health - Google Health Collaboration
Anvita Health, formerly known as SafeMed, is a pioneer in health care analytics. Its analytics engine powers the real-time personalized health feedback within the Google Health PHR, alerting users to important data such as potentially harmful drug interactions and other preventative guidelines.

To download the Anvita Mobile Viewer for Google Health, users must have a mobile device using the Android operating system. The application can be downloaded by visiting the download page on Anvita Health’s website at www.anvitahealth.com. After opening the Anvita Mobile Viewer application and logging in to their the secure Google Health account, users can then access their most up-to-date PHR information, including biometric information, such as height, weight and age, current prescriptions and doses, documented health conditions, previous procedures, lab results, allergies and more.
