mBlox Opens New Office in Italy in Response to Market Potential
mBlox Inc., the world’s largest mobile transaction network, today announced the next step in its international expansion with the opening of a new office in Milan and the appointment of Edouard Marciano as Country Manager for Italy. Already operational in Italy for more than five years, mBlox works with a number of major Italian customers. New clients and the growth opportunities have made it important to have an on-the–ground presence to oversee and maximise mBlox’s potential in the region.
Based in Milan, mBlox will be in a strong position to combine international reach with local presence, enabling new and existing customers – including content providers, application service providers and enterprises – to grow their relationship with mBlox and increase market share of the $4bn Italian mobile messaging market. mBlox will also be using its global network to help Italian customers expand their international reach more effectively.
mBlox will continue to specialise in simplifying the complexities, commercial and technical, of mobile billing and message transmission for its clients. Via its carrier-grade network that links to all Italian operators, mBlox enables companies to communicate with mobile subscribers on more than 500 carriers in 180 countries, millions of times each day.

Edouard has built his credentials by founding and developing two businesses as well as his experience in operational marketing at Auchan Italy and Commercial Export Italy. His charter is to build on the solid reputation of mBlox and lead the company to business success in Italy.
