Alltel Wireless To Build Foundation With Movius Versera ICE® Platform
Movius Interactive Corporation, a global leader in value added communication services, today announced that its Versera ICE (Intelligent Communications Environment) value added services platform is to be used by Alltel Wireless.
Alltel Wireless will use the Versera ICE application solution to provide voice-messaging services to its approximately 800,000 subscribers across North America.
“Versera ICE is the perfect single solution for Alltel Wireless’s provision of voice messaging to its subscribers, who expect to receive a quality service under the Alltel brand,” said Movius Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales, Neil McGowan. “The Versera ICE platform will also lay the foundation for Alltel Wireless to introduce additional applicationsto meet the needs of their subscribers.”
The Versera ICE solution offers carriers the flexibility to deliver unique and innovative services cost effectively through a single platform. With this, Alltel Wireless will be able to provide its subscribers with market-driven applications such as MessageMe™ visual voicemail and My Services online subscriber portal, as well as many third party applications such as voice-to-text.
