Nuance Brings Voicemail-to-Text Service to Cox Wireless


Nuance Communications Inc. today announced that Nuance's Voicemail-to-Text service is enabling Cox Wireless' customers to easily and discreetly read transcribed voice messages anywhere, anytime via an SMS text delivered to their mobile phone.

Designed to provide users with enhanced mobile communications flexibility, Nuance's Voicemail-to-Text service transcribes incoming voicemails into SMS text messages. Each transcribed message features easy one-click link access for responding to messages either via return phone call or SMS text message. The SMS text messages can be easily forwarded and saved -- so subscribers no longer need to write down messages that can be easily misplaced.
