Vito Technology to Discontinue Support of its Windows Mobile Apps
Alexandria, VA, - February 25th, 2011 - Vito Technology announces that starting Feb 28th they will discontinue support of all Windows Mobile apps: AudioNotes, AudioNotes Touch, AstroNavigator II, Communication Suite, EyePhoto, FunContact, GoodWin, and other WM products. These apps will no longer be available for download.
The reason is connected with the WM platform’s limitations. “All our Windows Mobile items have become outdated. Besides there is no further perspective for the development and improvement of our products.” - says Victor Toporkov, Vito Technology CEO.
It’s been two years since Vito released the last update for their Windows Mobile products and now they plan to stop any support for their WM apps.
They are informing all their partners about their decision and asking them to disable Vito Technology software on their online stores.
At the moment, Vito Technology development team mostly focuses on educational software for iOS and Mac OS. They are currently working on Star Walk and Solar Walk, apps for exploration of space and Solar system. There are also plans to release an update for Geo Walk, a 3D world fact book full of interesting facts with illustrations. Besides, some new apps for iPhone and iPad by Vito Technology are in the pipeline.
