WirelessDevNet.com Press Release

SMS Text Marketing Comes To The Mac For The First Time

San Diego, CA - July 19, 2011 - With the release of MobileMarketing for Mac, small business owners will finally be able to create high-response SMS text marketing campaigns right on their computer.

SMS text marketing campaigns are known for their impressive ROI and high open rates but getting started has always been a bit intimidating for those people who aren’t marketing geeks. MobileMarketing aims to change that.

"This is not a pretty app," Tim Goggin, VP of Sales & Marketing said. "It’s designed to do one thing and one thing only -- make it simple for small business owners to increase business with SMS marketing. It doesn’t have bells. It doesn’t have whistles. It’s the simplest way for someone to break into SMS text marketing and increase sales in this troubled economy."

MobileMarketing uses Address Book to send customized SMS text blasts through approved SMS text service bureaus. MobileMarketing users simply type in their message, choose their service bureau and send the campaign off. MobileMarketing will keep track of how many characters each message is as to not exceed the 160-character limit and incur additional charges.

Goggin added, "SMS text messages get opened at a rate of 90% and are read within 4 minutes of receipt. If you compare this to the paltry 20% open rate of any given email message, it’s clear that SMS text messages are the next frontier in marketing. Previously only big companies with huge budgets and large IT staffs could do SMS marketing but no longer."

The first 500 customers will also get a free copy of the ebook, "127 Greatest Headlines Of All Time" as a brainstorming headstart for powerful SMS marketing campaigns. And they’ll get the guide, "Building Business at 160 Characters At A Time" plus 11 free Microsoft Word business card templates designed to boost SMS sign-ups at a small business’s location. All in all, these bonuses are a $234.00 value, included for free.

What’s more, MobileMarketing will also include links to best practices suggestions from the Mobile Marketing Association.

Goggin concluded, "This product gives any Mac owner the power to boost their business, increase sales and grow customers. And like all PocketMac products, MobileMarketing comes with a full 90-day money back guarantee. If you don’t like it for any reason, we’ll refund your money completely."

MobileMarketing for Mac retails for $39.77. More information can be found at: http://www.MobileMarketingForMac.com
