MSG Varsity Goes Mobile with Launch of Free App for iPad®, iPhone® and iPod®Touch
MSG Varsity, Cablevision’s 24/7 HD television network dedicated to everything high school, today unveiled a free application for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch that offers mobile access to its comprehensive coverage of tri-state area high school sports and activities. The fully customizable MSG Varsity App delivers the latest photos, scores, stories and game highlights to users right in the palm of their hand. Additionally, Optimum Online customers receive the live stream of MSG Varsity (iO TV, Channel 14) as an exclusive benefit, enabling them to watch the network’s unique programming and hundreds of games broadcast each year, while on-the-go.

For Optimum Online customers, the MSG Varsity App also provides access to the LIVE Stream of MSG Varsity (iO TV, Channel 14). This exclusive benefit gives Optimum Online customers the ability to watch MSG Varsity LIVE and features access to all the regions MSG Varsity covers– Connecticut, Hudson Valley, Long Island, New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester – allowing users to select the coverage that matters most to them.
