WebSafety Mobile Phone Software Can Eliminate Corporate Liability for Employee's Distracted Driving

As reported on May 4, 2012, a jury in Corpus Christi, Texas awarded more than $21 million against Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc. in a cell phone distraction injury case. The jury decided that the injuries sustained by the plaintiff were caused by a distracted Coco-Cola delivery driver.
