Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Arkansas Looks to MobileCamViewer for Live Restaurant Monitoring

Aballi has also reduced her number of unnecessary trips to the restaurants, which in the past often amounted to three hours a day on the road for trivial reasons. She has also used MobileCamViewer to correct procedural issues with staff.
“I have a young manager who likes to brag that he’s the best manager of all my restaurants,” said Aballi. “While viewing him over my iPhone I texted a screenshot from MobileCamViewer that caught him leaning on the dressing counter, and added a note that said ‘the best manager of all my stores’. He didn’t do that again. But it proves that my restaurant operations are more efficient because the staff understands that I can watch from anywhere at any time.”
