That customer was a 90-year old widow named Evelyn Weiner, a resident of Rotunda West, Florida. Evelyn had dropped the film reel off at her local Walmart to preserve the footage for her daughter, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and generations to come. YesVideo sent back her money along with her vintage film, superbly transferred to a new DVD.
Once the money was returned to her, a shocked Evelyn remarked, “People don’t believe good things happen anymore, but there are still honest people out there, and this whole experience was really beyond my wildest dreams.”
