Infinite Convergence Joins CTIA - The Wireless Association
Infinite Convergence Solutions, a next-generation wireless messaging and mobility solutions provider for carriers and enterprises, announces its membership in CTIA--The Wireless Association(R), an international non-profit organization that has represented the wireless communications industry since 1984.
As a member, Infinite Convergence plans to play an active role to further wireless public policy interests before federal and state regulatory and legislative bodies. A supplier level member, Infinite Convergence will look to engage in peer-to-peer dialogue with other CTIA member companies to identify areas of industry improvement and address emerging wireless initiatives to better serve customers. CTIA members span a broad group of wireless carriers, suppliers and manufacturers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint Nextel Corporation, T-Mobile and more.
"We have a strong understanding of the wireless industry's changing needs as many of our clients are tier one wireless carriers that regularly give feedback regarding their customers' experiences, and current and future technology needs," said Anurag Lal, CEO of Infinite Convergence. Previously Director of the United States National Broadband Taskforce -- part of the Federal Communications Commission -- Lal is knowledgeable of global broadband policies, regulations and best practices. The Obama administration appointed Lal to the taskforce, where he helped create the first National Broadband plan.
