Hello-
I think putting "Wireless Dev:" in every subject line is redundant and messy. Just set up your filter to move messages 'sent to' "wirelesslist@wirelessdevnet.com" to your specified folder. I have dozens of mailing lists set up this way (including this one) and it works great. Perhaps you have a mail client that doesn't support this sort of filter though.

John,
Every message <should> include "Wireless Dev:" in the subject line so you can filter it that way.
As you know, the mail headers show the actual server that the mail is sent from, which is "gci.geocomm.com". Our site is one of two large sites owned by our parent company (with more to roll out in the near future). Since we all use the same mailing list software, we have to share that common server. If you can't filter using the "Wireless Dev:" subject, try looking for the gci.geocomm.com server.
Thanks,
Bryan
